Have been debugging #php with #ldap, specifically client certificate authentication to the LDAP server. Seems to be somewhat buggy still unfortunately, but work around available 🥳

In the beginning #websites were static files.

Then websites were generated dynamically on a server with a language like #PHP or #Ruby.

But when we wanted to do complex #frontend behaviors we would need to generate #html in the same way as those #backend languages, which was awkward.

So, we used #reactJS #fullstack to render "Single Page Apps" (#SPA) in the browser and on the server using "Server-Side Rendering" (#SSR).

One of the reasons I love Pest is because we as developers love to write beautifull code but tend to write "ugly" tests. Pest gets rid of a bunch of cruft. #php #laravel

It sure would be nice if #PhpStorm could be configured to just use the closest phpunit.xml file.

Unless I'm doing something massively wrong, having multiple test roots is a giant pain in the ass.
