Driver claimed not to see my wife, so self-absolving from responsibility. My wife is ok, only minor injuries (so far). For a person moving from a sales-led org. to an org. that practices PLG & for smooth transition, one ought to come to terms with the roles of the:
- product
- metrics
- alignment &
- sales in the parlance of PLG
The difference although is not apples & oranges, it could boil down to "orientation".
In an org. that is sales-led, there may be a lot riding on incentivization over:
- unit sales
- order value etc.
