This isn't a #PMKISAN problem alone. Every #Aadhaaritis scheme, including #PMJAY #NSP #PMAY all face it.

1. Scamsters (mostly party men related to CSC operators) getting money / scamming exchequer
2. Eligible people being excluded. @datelinedelhi
@snigdhapoonam @sharmasupriya

and I am not even including few dozen other schemes. But take Hanuman for sample - #PMAY is another big scammy #DBT
