Was hilft euch, um nachts wieder einzuschlafen?

In den letzten Wochen war ich fast jede Nacht länger wach. Eigentlich helfen mir einige mentale Übungen. ZB Hypnagogien angucken, PMR, usw. Muss nur wieder lernen, die länger durchzuhalten ...

Und die Grundprobleme sind auch noch da, aber das ist eine langwierigere Baustelle.

Immerhin hab ich durch die schlafstörungen mehr Klarträume. Wie aus trotz.

Oder kennt ihr das Problem gar nicht?

@onlytina Im #Amateurfunk gibt es den #Notfunk, in dem sich Funkamateure organisieren und den Behörden Hilfe anbieten. Unter https://www.darc.de/der-club/referate/notfunk/ gibt es Infos zu aktuellen Notfunk-Aktivitäten zum #Hochwasser, Hintergrundinfos und auch Ansprechpartner.

Ansonsten gibt es #PMR-#Funkgeräte im Baumarkt, mit denen man sich mit Nachbarn koordinieren kann. Die Reichweite dieser Geräte ist aber deutlich geringer (wenige km währen Amateurfunk weltweit arbeitet).
