I have only been in a #synagogue in my hometown where the towns cinema was located inside of one.

Those three pictures were my favorites today. They surprised me!
To me Chagall was always more an #illustrator than a #painter. His flat opaque, naively #gouache style and dreamlike compositions would be great in children's books. Maybe that's why he is so incredibly popular.
