I am thinking about trying #PairProgramming, code reviews seem to generate friction and feedback can come late, so I was wondering if early pairing would ease things. But I've never seen this in practice and would like to learn a bit about it before. What are some good resources, examples in this area? Where to start?

I'm #livestreaming with @jitterted this afternoon from 2-5pm Pacific. We're going to be #PairProgramming on his Java + Spring Boot + #hexagonalArchitecture "Yacht" web app. Today, the plan is to create a Nullable HTTP client and see how that affects the design and tests.
