. Countries will decide what the #PandemicAccord says, and countries will implement the accord in line with their own national laws. Any opposite claim is quite simply false.

There is NO REASON WHY we should have more pandemics in the future. All highly infective viruses are flu variants and they can be treated by available medications. We just need to let medical doctors do their job and scientific community be open to debate and confrontation.
