Proposal: if you seriously misbehave in government, you should get treated the way we treat refugees. So everyone named in the #Partygate report should be stripped of all possessions and sent to Rwanda. If they don't like that, they should either treat government as a responsibility rather than a junket, or treat other human beings with some basic respect.
