Used up the last of my matzah making masa tiganitas, Sephardic matzah brei, which I found a recipe for and had never tried. The matzah is soaked in milk to soften, then cut and dredged in egg mixed with yogurt, and then fried. It was perfectly fine, but I don’t think I’ll make it again - nothing special. We ate it with honey. I had a lot of leftover egg and milk which I turned into quiche. #breakfast #passover #masatiganitas #matzah

Making homemade matzah for Passover. I really enjoy this, it tastes much better than store-bought. We don’t keep strictly kosher, if you did I think it would be a challenge to get this fully done in under 18 minutes in a home kitchen.
