🌸 guava + cheese pastelitos 🌸✨
They were easy to make, just some puff pastry, guava paste, cream cheese, an egg, sugar, and a smidge of butter-vanilla emulsion.
Baked at 375 degrees, and drizzled some icing (a little water and powdered/confectioner’s sugar) over the top after they cooled. 😋
