One of my all time favorites to diagnose- giant cell tunor of bone. Most commonly seen at the ends of long bones in patients who are skeletally mature. The giant cells may contain hundreds of nuclei. Such a sight to behold! Frontal conventional radiograph and histology are shown.

This is an invasive carcinoma of no special type (what we used to call invasive ductal carcinoma) metastatic to a lymph node in the axilla. Makes me sad any time I see one 😢
