I didn't see Cuba in the big overview visualization where Sri Lanka and Vietnam seem like Outliers. From glances at FoodFirst articles about hunger and AgroEcology I have this image the Cuba does pretty well. mentioned that Cuba is a model for managing poverty relatively well, the Nordic countries are models for managing wealth.. Why is so bad on CO2 emissions? Tourism? And what is ? I bet they'd do better without the .

"Dr. Farmer attracted public renown with “Mountains Beyond Mountains: The Quest of Dr. Paul Farmer, a Man Who Would Cure the World,” a 2003 book by Tracy Kidder that described the extraordinary efforts he would make to care for patients, sometimes walking hours to their homes to ensure they were taking their medication."
