What a great, courageous and well deserved decision: "The Board of Trustees of the #PeacePrize of the German Book Trade has chosen the Mumbai-born author Salman #Rushdie to be the recipient of this year’s Peace Prize." It is the most important German political price for authors, which will be awarded in October during the German Book Fair in Frankfurt.
My thoughts are with him and his family who had to endure so much in recent years, and have coped with it in an amazing way. Congratulations!
