I just did a #peloton class that had a song in it by MC Lyte, and WOW, MC Lyte is still an absolute joy to listen to! 😍

Dafür rund zwei Jahre gebraucht und damit ca. 250 Tage hinter meinem selbst gesteckten Ziel. Aber die letzten Monate und das letzte Jahr war ja privat eher Ausnahmezustand, von daher geht das in Ordnung. Jetzt endlich wieder on track, um die Routine wieder aufzugreifen.

My introduction to Mastodon. I’m a retired software engineer and IT manager that spent 22 years in the #IntelligenceCommunity and 20 years at #PennState. Over the last two years I’ve lost 90 pounds thanks to #Peloton and #PowerZone training. I typically ride 4 days a week in #PowerZone challenges and #strengthtraining 3 times a week. I also #bicycle outside in the summer, and #golf 3 days a week. At my age, that’s a lot. 😂
