Busy day for me, volunteering at Open Evening. One of my favourite days, I get to brag about how brilliant college is to teens/parents and take them on tours around our fabulous facilities.
I'll be home, hungry and tired, about 8pm. Full day of work to do first.

I work at #PembrokeshireCollege as the #Health, #Safety and #Sustainability Officer. I've been there for 16 years, before that I worked for #Qinetiq and #WSAtkins at #MODAberporth.
My role is hugely varied. One day I'm auditing #COSHH, the next I'm delivering training on #EducationalVisits, then defluffing tumbledriers or checking paint spots on drains as part of our level 5 #GreenDragon
