This will make your hashtags understandable to members of the blind/VI community who rely on synthesized speech or refreshable Braille to read your posts. Without capitalization, I hear/feel the hashtag spoken/rendered as if it is a single word.

Additionally, capitalizing each first letter of each word makes it much easier for those using high levels of magnification & customized display options to interact with their devices to understand your post in it's entirety. It also increases the readability of your hashtags for all users, especially the neurodiverse.
