Curious what you use, and why you feel it's safe(ish, relatively)? Don't respond with "no app is 100% safe." I'm well aware. In the real world, we balance safety and utility.

each time my period begins, I am continuously suprised at how awful the entire ordeal is 😭

my chronic pain flares are debilitating, yet I’ve figured ways to manage them so that I am mostly able to stay bedbound without feeling like I am facing divine punishment!

menstrual cramps/pain, however, are still debilitating and seemingly impossible to treat at all (would definitely refer to it as “divine punishment” at times..)

heat packs help very little, most over the counter pain relievers do nothing, and I’m on vitamin D & magnesium.

I am considering going to see a doctor eventually about this, but I’m doubtful they will tell me anything is actually wrong…

so in the meantime, does anyone have anything that helps them at all? period products? foods? anything?

I know it has been reported and acknowledged that a side effect of the #CovidVaccines might be a disregular #period or more intense period, but have similar issues been reported with regards to Covid Infections
