I'm not sure who you mean by "that person with the puppets" -- I've never encountered #NVC involving puppets, but maybe there's someone out there using puppets to convey NVC principles?

NVC was developed by Marshall Rosenberg in the 60's/70's. I looked it up just now to see if anything about puppets came up, and I just learned he was inspired by principles from #PersonCenteredTherapy which was developed by one of my all-time favorite people/philosophers, the humanitarian psychologist #CarlRogers, so thanks for inadvertently leading me to that tidbit of knowledge :).

-- oh wait!! I just scrolled down in the wiki a little more and there's a picture of Rosenberg with some hand puppets, so... yes? :)
