Meet my cat, Anouk. She weighs about 18 lbs (8 kg). She recently had tapeworms and I did my best to feed her medication. I thought she would exact revenge on me for the "disrespect" of force feeding her and giving her a bath, but she's licked my forehead and curled up close to me despite it all. I shot this with my camera last night and it's always difficult to get a nice shot especially in low light, but I liked this one. She's 8 years old, I adopted her from a friend of a friend after a terrible breakup, she became my emotional support animal and fur baby. She makes my dreary days a lot better, she got fat when I started college as did I, I lost the weight, but she didn't. I just want her to be happy and healthy. #PetLife #petportraits #catsofmastdon
