More progress on #Convene's eCommerce feature!

We had initially expected each `Marketplace` to have a single delivery fee and delivery constraint.

But #Piikup has different constraints and prices based upon *kind* of Delivery (Catering vs Dinner) and *location* of delivery (i.e. A Catering delivery from Oakland to SF is more expensive than from Oakland to Berkeley).

Now, Marketplaces have multiple `Delivery Area`s; and we're polishing that up.

@bhaugen I would check out what #CooperationRichmond, #EBPREC, #NoBAWC, #EastOaklandCollective, #PeoplesPrograms and #RepairedNations are up to before me; since they're far more active in liberating land and generating local cooperatives.

My emphasis on software cooperatives means it takes longer to make a real impact; but the latest #Convene demo shows where we are with our local partner #Piikup!

@digifox Similarly, #Piikup is slowly building a consortium of local food producers to leverage the #Convene marketplace to supplant #GrubHub and #DoorDash with an #Oakland solidarity economy equivalent.

eCommerce platforms that are worker and consumer-owned #CoOperatives can shift towards a *trust generative* digital economy, rather than one of digital grift and attention monetization!

@anaulin had to drop a bit early for a flight, and I got a surprise visit from a date who brought flowers!

Basically the use case is:

1. #MandelaGrocery wants to offer their products for sale via eCommerce.
2. They have an agreement with #Piikup, where #Piikup can take orders on their behalf.
3. When a delivery order comes through #MandelaGrocery's site, it lets #Piikup know "Hey, you have an order to deliver here!"
4. And when a #MandelaGrocery order is placed through #Piikup's site; it tells #MandelaGrocery "hey, we will be picking up these products at this time."

I'm really hoping that we can figure out a way to make the #Convene Marketplace furniture federated.

For exampke, a restaurant using Convene for taking orders can also list thei menu through affiliated spaces.

A real life example could be #Arizmendi Lakeshore sells pizza on their own Space, the #NoBAWC Space and the #Piikup Space.

Arizmendi Lakeshore manages their menu and inventory via their Space and fans out regardess of which Neighborhood is hosting the #Piikup or #NoBAWC Spaces.

Eeek! #Piikup got back to us! They want to explore using #Convene to take orders for their worker directed local delivery org!!!

Getting a real client owner would be a huge win for #ZincCoop; the current direct 2 consumer / contributor model works for a low key co-learning and co-creating club; and I’m exciterrified to see what building the Coop2Coop economic model looks like!
