Great Albums of the 70s: #NickDrake – #PinkMoon (1972). Stories that he dumped the master tapes at Island reception and fled are apparently BS. Even so, there’s detachment in these songs, 11 in just 28 mins, that puts Drake in a private sphere where dark and painful truths come tumbling out. How sad that the one ray of hope on this LP, “From the Morning” (“And now we rise, and we are everywhere”), contains words soon to be his epitaph.

This might be a bit tragic. I've watched so much Korean tv, i that I just comfortably settled down and watched an entire 5 minutes with no subtitles on by mistake. I was happily watching despite having only actually caught the words 'lets go' in that time.
