BBQ Time with my next #Pinter brew - West Cost Space Hopper

Latest #Pinter brew,”Big DIPA”. It certainly looks the part, but I made the mistake of not mixing it well enough and there was some unfermented stuff left over at the end, so it’s not at its full gravity. Still, tastes entirely fine, so it’s not a complete failure.

Got the #pinter on again last night. This time it’s one of the Yeastie Boys collabs - should be ready to drink in about a fortnight.
