I finally found one, nothing different spawned than usual???

I kinda like the story in Arceus, it's a bit formulaic but after Sword and Scarlet it's nice to feel like SOMETHING is happening and I am taking part in it. I really don't like how the last 2 games just kind of taped the 'story' on after the end. And the story both times was just "wow! legendary pokemon! you caught it! bye now."

My only real complaint about #pokemonarceus (other than oddly low res textures throughout) is the combat changes/simplification seem entirely unnecessary.

It's still turn based, and really not that different at all. They basically just removed Status moves and changed how a couple things worked.

In theory the FFX style turn order system can be GREAT, but so far (only at map 2) it rarely matters esp with 1 v 1 combat.

Interesting how they've mixed some firmly not-japanese-feudal "old timey" outfits in too to keep things a bit more interesting.

Also Irida is dressed so much better than me and I resent it

I started playing #PokemonArceus recently. I had never played any pokemon game besides #PokemomGo. The tutorial part of the game is excruciatingly slow, even for a complete novice. But it is fun once you can go off on your own quests.

I got #PokemonViolet #pokemon and was like oh wow we can do whatever we want in whatever order but was suspicious because early on I got my ass whooped by a random trainer with like level 50+ so I looked up a walkthrough just sort of suggested order and I’m LOVING it

One thing that I’ve realised while shiny hunting is that it was way easier in Pokémon Arceus, because the Pokémon actually sparkled if it was shiny. So now I just have to try and check out if any Pokémon seems different from normal and I have a low attention span.

Estoy orgullosa del #LoopHero porque me lo pasé. Estuvo abandonado bastante tiempo y esto que haces de coger un juego tras un año y de repente eres una puta genio.

El #DisneyDreamlightValley fue un mes muy enfermizo consiguiendo todo XD guardando cada... literalmente 2 minutos. Pero conseguí hacerme todas las zonas y todos los personajes. ¡Tengo que volver para lo nuevo de las fiestas!

#PokémonArceus... lo de siempre, me los hago coleccionista así que son muchas horas farmeando caramelos para evolucionar, paseando y todo eso.
