I’m a #SocialScientist interested in #SurveyMethodology and #PoliticalSociology. My research is on the design of #Surveys and #SurveyQuestions, #DataQuality, and the study of political attitudes and behaviors.

Currently, I work as a senior researcher for the German Longitudinal Election Study @gles at the Leibniz Institute for Social Sciences @GESIS.

My further interests include #Blues, #Rock, and #Metal music, #Cycling, and exiting #Wine from around the world.

On November 8 there will be a discussion on the book "Symbolic Objects in Contentious Politics”, for which I had the pleasure of contributing a chapter on the strategic dilemmas of material objects in street protests. These are findings from my previous project on material cultures of social movements.
