These poll results are a rather small sample size 🤣 but nonetheless remain consistent with my "pet theory" about extroversion as it relates to cat & dog natures & corresponding energy levels. Likewise, extroversion, introversion, & ambiversion all relate to energy source location (interval vs. external) & management.

These poll results aren't surprising:
• 37% are comfortable taking a certain amount of perceived "social risk," which, in this case, is fairly low since users aren't notified of rejections & need to manually check for approvals.😉
• The 18% who'd rather wait for others to initiate might do so for various reasons (lower social risk, time constraints, varying interest levels, etc.).

This poll is now closed. The results would suggest that the majority of poll-takers (73%) possess a degree of altruism coupled with practicality & survival instincts 😉 , i.e., risk aversion + good samaritan action = maximum benefit/reward. A few daring souls (8%) seem to be a bit less risk-averse. Yet another poll has ended. This time 77% of poll-takers voted that they were introverted. It's hard to tell how many of that 77% also voted that they were cat lovers, tea drinkers, and writers as Mastodon polls don't yet possess actual Venn diagram mapping translation capabilities but it does appear that a correlation COULD exist. Granted, it's likely that the sample group of poll-takers for a poll like this could also have a greater affinity for that cluster.😉

That scientific breakthrough is attributed to Danish Astronomer Ole Roemer (1644–1710). Now, under specific conditions (i.e., in a vacuum/water/glass), the speed of light can be reduced.

It would seem that Mastodon poll-takers, for this poll & others, tilt heavily toward introversion for various reasons too complex to detail here, hence explaining the 8% extrovert vote. In THIS poll, which specifically tested for extroversion + dog/cat lovers, dog lovers exceeded cat lovers by only 2%, which doesn't surprise me due to a "pet" theory I have about pet lovers/owners & personality traits, pun intended.😜
