Poppy wreaths have been placed on a special train in Swansea bound for London.

To mark Remembrance Day, Great Western Railway organised a Poppies to Paddington operation that saw wreaths sent from towns and cities across its network to be laid at the war memorial on Platform 1 at Paddington Station.

Great Western Railway's third #PoppiesToPaddington operation on #RemembranceDay will pay special tribute to #Falklands40. Hundreds of wreaths, including from @ssafa branches across the South West and Wales, will be taken to the capital by train on 11 November.
