I'm so angry that any patient with ME, anywhere in the world, is being told to try graded exercise when there's no evidence it helps and there is evidence that it could make a patient worse.

Ich hatte gehofft, dass es mir auch diese Hitzewelle wieder besser geht.

Aber dem ist nicht so. Ich friere und friere. Mittlerweile tut mir wieder alles weh. Ich habe keine Kraft mehr mein Handy zu halten.
