Workout for tonight:
Overhead Press: 5x8 @ 140lbs (~71% 1RM)
Push Press: 4x8 @ 150lbs
Close Grip Bench/Barbell Row: Supersets 1x14, 1x12 @ 145lbs.
Rear Delt Flies/Curls: Superset 3x10, 20lbs & 25lbs respectively.
Pretty easy overall, though a good way to get back into the swing of it! Overhead Press felt very comfortable most of the time, and I started to feel it at the end of the Push Presses.

Close grip bench: 3x8 @ 185lbs. RPE 7.
One arm dumbbell push press: 3x5 @ 75lbs each arm. RPE 8.
Push Press: 8x3 @ 155lbs. RPE 9.
Dumbbell press accessory: 2x12 @ 35lbs. RPE 8.
I gotta say I REALLY like this day. It's brutal but I love the challenge of the unique presses. All about sneaking work in.
