In recent years, I have purchased a modest (6 litre) stovetop #PressureCooker, a #dehydrator, a large (5 litre) #fermenting jar, and a #PelletGrill. Barely a meal goes by without me utilising one or other (sometimes *all*) bit of apparatus.

I'm becoming my Grandparents...

I've had a series of emails with the same name signing them, which appear to be unaware of each other, but say they can't send parts for a failing #PressureCooker to #Ireland, only to #NorthernIreland. I've contacted the #HQ in #Switzerland, but no reply so far… Don't think I'd be buying from them again after this experience

@LyndalPN I made beef #rendang from scratch a few weeks ago, and I have enough paste in the freezer for another batch.

Because I was using cheap meat & a #pressurecooker, I had to spend quite a while reducing the sauce once the meat had tenderised.

Eh, pretty sure the IP can pretend to be a #DutchOven, but a Dutch oven can't pretend to be a #PressureCooker.

#PressureCooking is a skill that has to be learned, and I'm new to it.
