I still think a #WheelofTime #animated series faithfully adapted by #GenndyTartakovsky would be absolutely BOMB. Seriously, imagine it in the style of #Primal, #SamuraiJack, or #CloneWars (the first animated series).

Guess the #DynamiteComics #comicbook #adaptation will have to keep me satisfied for now. Hopefully, they continue past #TheGreatHunt.

one of the descriptors attached to them is #industrial but that doesn't feel accurate. #noise maybe applies, but they really strike me as #primal and #primitive

i have not found any other music that sounds like #CrashWorship. i saw one video of #Heilung that was reminiscent, but the recorded stuff of theirs I've heard is a little too folky for me

No he visto nunca a nadie comentar sobre la #serie de animación #Primal.
Está muy guapa, aparte de que es cruda en algunos momentos, tiene otros donde puede ser graciosa y lo hace tan bien que es muy sencillo empatizar con sus protagonistas, un cavernícola y una dinosauria.

Vi las dos temporadas de #Primal, una tremenda serie —con toques estéticos de espada y brujería (#swordandsorcery)— de #Fantasía prehistórica (si es que eso se puede o existe).

Con esta serie, Genndy Tartakovsky llega a un nivel más allá en demostrar que la animación es un medio, más que un género, y lo sabe usar de tal forma que sin diálogos —o al menos no en una lengua al cien inteligible para la mayoría de personas— logra transmitir una amplia gama de emociones, dotar de profundidad a sus personajes: un cavernicola, Spear, y una tiranosaurio, Fang, que entablan una amistad etrañable y conmovedora.

Otro aspecto a destacar es la violencia de la serie, a diferencia de otras producciones recientes donde se muestran más el aspecto gore, para alncanzar el estatus de serie adulta —aunque terminan deplomandose como series edgy adolescentoides—, Primal usa la violencia para retratar la época (sea la que sea, ya lo verán si se animan) en la que se desarrolla; pero también está, para apreciar la belleza y calma que transmiten sus espacios, sus escenarios, dotándolos de más vida, como invitando a vivir en ellos y perdenos allí.

Solamente escribo esto, porque la serie me hizo llorar con dos episodios y con otros tocó mi corazón, ahora es una referente más para mi proceso creativo. Espero que se animen a verla, es una obra de arte en animación.
