Cool origins!

My first encounter with #anime was about 1962, seeing #MagicBoy (1959) on the big screen in our small town theatre. (Took few years to make it to our outback!) This was the first Japanese animation movie distributed in the U.S. (thank you Buena Vista!). I watched cartoons on TV all the time, but this seemed quite different.

Been a dabbler in anime ever since. Early on, #X1999, and most recently, #VampireKnight. And, of course, #PrincessMononoke.

@ghibligifs ohh yeah, I could watch this #Clip all day long in a loop because its from one of my favorite #AnimeMovies of all Time. 🤩
