In #Germany, the government is moving to ensure that public money no longer incentivizes a race to the bottom on #WorkingConditions.

Corporations will only be able to get public contracts if they meet the standards in collectively bargained agreements.

#CollectiveBargaining is the main vehicle by which workers win better pay and conditions. This is a law about process, but also about shifting power into the collective hands of workers.
