I'm very wary of motivational speakers, since they don't sound genuine. Except for Simon, who's ideas come from a deep belief based on his life experiences and need to see others succeed.

Warning: There's a bit of a tear jerk in this episode, with Simon managing Scott to share his most intimate of memories.
