@peadar42 @keribla @helenprejean Prosecutors, almost always, are granted #ProsecutorialImmunity, which means that only very rarely are they liable for prosecution. Exceptions are such things as when a prosecutor engages in conduct beyond their prosecutorial role. Otherwise, even if a prosecutor engages in misconduct they cannot be sued by a wrongfully convicted person.
