Nice collaboration of @kaletalab and @EvoEcoGen_ (Schulenburg lab) in Kiel on dietary interventions in the #hostmicrobeinteractions - Marinos and Hamerich et al. using #metabolicmodelling predict supplementation of the #diet of #celegans to boost the abundance of the beneficial #Pseudomonas lurida MYb11 while decrasing #Ochrobactrum vermis MYb71 in the host. Serine, Threonine, Mannitol and GABA were confirmed in in-vivo/in-vitro experiments.
