Had one of those serendipitous moments when walking last Sunday. Looking for a spot to eat my lunch I spotted Wincle brewery just over the bridge. Never knew this was its home, it’s in a lovely spot nestled in the valley by the river at Danebridge.
Sat in the garden I had a pint of Hanging Stone Porter which was in superb condition and there were 2 other ales to choose from, as well as coffee and soft drinks.
If you ever need a pub walk I would definitely recommend this area
