For a foreigner, even with a transport background, public transit here is quite a puzzle by the way. Had to change from metro to train at a certain point. No gate seemed to accept the metro ticket. Vending machine obviously runs on windows because the main screen of the one and only ticket machine at that station decided to do a reboot just when I wanted to buy a new ticket. Luckily that was the moment I found out that this one specific gate did accept the ATM ticket #PublicTransport #ETC2023

Illinois legislators aren't even hiding it. In the second paragraph of the bill to expand managed lanes on I-55:
