This will be the 3rd revision of the module. And all assignments will be #PyQGIS scripting/ programming challenges.
Fingers crossed that I'm doing a good enough job at guiding the students through what may be their first programming experience 🤞

Today's detective work: figuring out all the tiny details to create different layer styles in #PyQGIS:
1⃣ QgsSingleSymbolRenderer with data-defined properties
vs
2⃣ QgsGraduatedSymbolRenderer with QgsArrowSymbolLayer
I think data-defined properties will be my way to go

Also, transform a complex SQL query into a #qgis processing tool using #python #pyqgis for other users is really convenient.

Turns out the tool I needed to stumble across to make this work was: gdal:rearrange_bands. None of my different web search permutations nor scouring various forums made it clear that this was the way to do it.
