Uuuund ein weiterer #energiespeicher bzw #hausakku installiert (bei meinen Eltern 😎). Wie gehabt, 10,5 kWh #pylontech #US3000C und ein #victronenergy #Multiplus3000 . Akku und Wechselrichter sind ein top Team ✌️👌. Es besteht schon seit 12 Jahren eine #photovoltaikanlage mit ~24kWp.

Was ist da bloß bei meinen Eltern angekommen? ☺️

Heute einmal einen Batteriewechselrichter bei meinen Eltern montiert… Zuleitungen für die bestehende #photovoltaikanlage umgelegt, eine neue verlegt… Unterverteiler montiert… USV Steckdose montiert… #victronenergy #Multiplus3000 sind schon coole Teile 👌.
Nächste Woche kommen dann die drei #pylontech US3000C Akkus 😎. Ich werde berichten 😉.

Woohoo! I've managed to replace my string inverter with a hybrid #inverter, install #solar batteries and most importantly switch it all on and it's working! House currently powered off the batteries which come with 50% charge. 😎 It's a #Solis S5-EH1P5K with 3 #Pylontech US3000 batteries.
That was a challenge, but I've learned a huge amount in the process. I've got one further battery coming (hopefully in the next couple of days), but that's an easy thing to add. Will chuffed. 😁

Been a busy day building an insulated #battery box in my loft! The #Pylontech batteries were heavy to lift in there! It probably needs a bit of sealing but even as it is it should help keep the batteries a bit warmer in the winter. I'll have a wee temperature controlled heated mat in there for the coldest days. In the summer I can open the doors and have a fan on it. And yes, it needs cables!

@staustellsimon @magnatom here is my October stats with off peak battery charging and also #bev charging. I have #Solis inverter 3kw and #Pylontech 8.2kwh of storage.

Managed to get my #Pylontech #batteries and new #HybridInverter up to the loft. Not easy considering each battery weighs 32 kg! Also checked they fitted ok in the cupboard I've built there. Plenty of space to put some insulation in to help keep the batteries from getting to cold (fire resistant of course!).
More to do, but getting there. 😃

That was more work than I anticipated! New and improve platform built for my #Pylontech #batteries. The ceiling joists were only 3x2s so almost certain if batteries were only supported by two of these they're might have been bowing. So I've put the 3x2s perpendicular across 5 of the roof joists to spread the weight. Boards were cut to fit through the loft hatch!
More work tomorrow.

Oh and today I'm working on support and boarding for our #Pylontech batteries that will be going in the loft. Hopefully, won't step through the ceiling...😱
