I hear you and there was a time when I did, too, but these days I don't find #QST as compelling.

And I did mean the paper version, not the journal itself. I hope it keeps going but the #ARRL really needs to figure what to do with their pubs. I don't see the need for four when all could be combined into one. They actually go to a lot of trouble to generate a lot of articles, then split it into 4 magazines, with many members not even aware of some of the others.

Good bye, paper #QST. I am one of those LMs the Pres (not the CEO) takes a bit of a shot at ... but not to worry as I've already opted out of the paper QST as its value had dropped over time. Making all 4 pubs available to all members electronically, was one of the few good choices the BOD has made lately. Now that the BOD has made paper QST optional, it will be gone in 5 years or less.

@n2rj 2 meter Ringo ranger with an Alinco DR-570. For HF a G5RV with MFJ tuner and a Kenwood TS-520 in 1991 with help from the local club. No internet then, I read every word in #QST Magazine that I could get my hands on.

@KC3AF "Callbook order". Radio district, then suffix, then prefix. 1st callbooks had no prefixes because there weren't any. #QST used to list SKs the same way and might still.
