When launching the sms app, it redirects to a browser, presumably for accepting the terms for Google's chat functions, #RCS I think, but is met with the message that since the age is below 13, the terms cannot be accepted. Stepping back to sms app redirects me again. No way of sending or reading sms with this app despite reboot.
However...
