For my #PDX #RCTID #BAONPDX people... Someone has hacked Igor Mortis' Instagram account and is using it to scam his friends out of tattoo deposits. If Igor reaches out to you via Facebook, Insta, or Threads, it's not actually him. Do not send this scammer your money. In fact, don't ever send money to anyone online until you call them on a number you personally trust to verify. It was pretty fishy, so I called Tigerlilly Tattoo (where Igor works), and they confirmed his account is compromised.
