#RIPTerryHall Gutted to hear we've lost Terry. His music defined an era, one I grew up in, and will always bring back memories of my childhood.

It seems everybody is forgetting this song, with The Colourfield, which was a departure for him stylistically but holds fond memories for me of holidaying in the 80s

When I was a teen growing up in the English Midlands in the late 70s/early 80s my pals & I would often hop on the bus to Birmingham & Coventry to see one of the #2Tone gigs w/ bands #TheSpecials, The Selector, The Beat & Madness. We danced, we sweated, we got drunk, we knew all the words. So I'm sad to hear of the death of #TerryHall of The Specials aged just 63. His lyrics spoke to me.
