Marathon #RSO making session finally complete. This isn't for me, rather a friend with #lewybodydementia as I do. In his case the #parkinsonsdisease side of things took center stage bringing a great deal of pain. This is the only thing that helps, even a little so even though this was a lot of work, I bought my friend at least 120 days of sanity due to less agony.

As my readers know I go through .5-1.0 grams of #RSO daily. That means a full batch in The Source Turbo every week to ten days, all put into gelcaps for precision dosing. For every batch, I convert the frozen #cannabis to a specific amount of double filtered tincture and stick it in the vacuum purge. When it comes time to convert it into a jar of pills to be frozen, the missus handles that. With my tremors worse we decided to convert everything we had to tincture in one go using the Cuisinart.

My science project. Step one of #RSO is to extract THC from the #cannabis. Normally I do it the... well normal way hand agitation for thirty minutes. Problem is, first it's you doing it so the air around it is 70 or better, plus you get tired and start doing it half assed. I was wondering what would what if I sat in a freezer and agitated it, would seem to turn out better. Then it dawned on me what might provide agitation for long periods of time with no air and in a freezer.

Making your own #RSO is great and I think everyone should at least know how to make it...but anyway as someone who makes around 8 grams every other week, I have learned you need two vital things: an extremely tolerant wife and a place in the house far, far away to purge..
