Undoubtedly Payton Grendon (the Tops Buffalo murderer) is objectively different from Kyle Rittenhouse (the Kenosha Riots murderer).

But nonetheless it shocks the mind that Grendon gets ten consecutive life sentences while Rittenhouse gets off scott free.

Let’s do away with the “good” versus “bad” #adoption stories. I’m glad there are folks who have not experienced #trauma from their adoption. And, there are many who have. AND, when we also take a look at adoption from an #intersectional and #systemic viewpoint, we’ll find that adoption stems from multiple harmful things, including, but not limited to: #genocide, human trafficking, #RacialViolence, war, racism, white supremacy, #capitalism, etc. There is more to adoption than individual stories…
