Persephelia and I played another two sessions of #RailroadInk tonight .

We decided to keep track of our best scores moving forward and to keep a photo when we break our personal records. 😁

Had a very nice night of board games and hanging out last night! We made some matzah ball soup, challa bread, and rugelach which all came out super tasty.

After dinner, we played a round of Azul which I got absolutely smoked at, due to some bad turn order math, but was great fun nonetheless. After that, we tried out the cactus expansion for Railroad Ink, and I ended up winning the round!

Spending a ton of time on pretty drawings is apparently no guarantee for a high score in #RailroadInk 😂

Had another great weekly boardgames and dinner meetup tonight. Had some tasty Moussaka, and followed up by playing 2 rounds of Noxford, and one round of Railroad Ink.

We hadn’t tried Noxford yet, since we only picked it up incidentally as a freebie from SHUX last year, but it turned out to be a pretty fun take-that style area control game. Quick to learn, which was nice, and the theme was pretty fun for us.

What games does everyone travel with? I usually throw a roll & write like #CartographersGame or #RailroadInk. i also really like Friday as a small solitaire game. And #hive pretty much lives in my bag - great for the kids when waiting for food in restaurants etc
