This is what I mean when I talk about the #ReconciliationOfLabor.
We bring people into a position where they *must* evaluate their contributions impact upon the economic health of the organization they're working in
Shifting thinking away from "Market Rate" and towards "Contribution and Responsibility Rate" allows us to provide a more equitable compensation package to a wider range of participants; rather than dumping all our money into engineering.
The fear and anxiety around finance and operations generated by poverty is one #Capitalism's greatest moats.
And it is a moat that we must cross on our journey towards a #ReconciliationOfLabor.
The good news is the moat is filled with cold water, and the #Cooperative movement is building rafts.
In the coming economic chaos, #WorkerOwned and #CommunityOwned #Cooperatives have a key part to play supplanting #PowerOver ways of relating with #PowerWith ones.

All systems are sub-systems as well as super-systems; which means both in-system and out-system work is critical for change.
The path to liberation is through sustainably performing both as appropriate, and re-routing as more contextually appropriate paths emerge.
One of the most common "flailure modes" for people moving out of traditional organizations towards self or collectively managed organizations is over-extending oneself because there are no longer the artificial boundaries of a boss keeping you in "your lane."
Entrepreneurship is part of the #ReconciliationOfLabor; but it has significant up-front costs, redlining issues, and often perpetuates the exploitation of others labor.
To create socioeconomic self-determination for all, start dismantling exploitative entrepreneurialism.
Exploitative entrepreneurialism looks like:
1. Underpaying labor (wages or unbalanced employee ownership programs)
2. Using misleading or cognitively exploitative marketing on customers.
3. Leveraging exploitative suppliers.
