#nowplaying #LeeMorgan's classic, Search for the New Land, which is certainly among my top 5 or 6 or 7 favorite Lee Morgan albums. The album also features other giants, saxophonist #WayneShorter, guitarist #GrantGreen, pianist #HerbieHancock, bassist #ReggieWorkman, and drummer #BillyHiggins. I would have no issues recommending this album to anyone, even if they don't normally listen to #jazz. It is thematically masterful.
