What has happened to the rental market?!? I have a small modular home on the front edge of my farm. Clean, safe, well maintained, but nothing special... posted it on FB marketplace for rent at 30% more than the last lease term to cover increased maintenance/services costs, but still ~$200/ month less than comps to have a good choice of tenants...went to have an MRI right after posting and when I came out I had dozens of requests on availability.
