If you're needing masks or respirators, I highly recommend checking out www.Protectly.co. They were super helpful and shipped lightning fast. They are located in Portland, so if you're near me then you'll probably get your order next day like I did.

If you order a 3M 6000 half face mask, ask them about getting an exhalation valve filter, too. They don't have them listed online but do have them available. I ordered both a small respirator and a medium and the small fits great.

It's a little harder to breathe through than an N95 so I'll probably stick with my duck masks and 3M Aura when I need to wear a mask for any period of time (which would normally only be outdoors, anyway, so I feel okay with that two layered approach). The respirator will be great for when I need to pop into the store, since very, very few people here mask.

Fellow #mask wearers, does the #3M 6300 #respirator speech diaphragm let air out? If so, does anyone know of a filter plug for it? Trying to avoid more #COVID during my obligatory travel, and respect my fellow travelers by not giving them my own crud.

Talked to #Delta about wearing a 3M 6300 #respirator on my next flight (as I get sick after *every* flight now, thanks to nobody in the Southern US wearing masks anymore) and they told me I would have to provide *medical documentation of need* and to show up several hours early to get the thing registered.
For a #mask made of rubber/plastic instead of paper.
I'm irritated, to say the least.
